MCS-Technologie
MCS (Magnet-Code-System) gewährleistet 3fache Sicherheit durch
- eine magnetische sowie
- zwei mechanische Codierungen.
Im Zylinderkern befinden sich 8 drehbare Magnetrotoren, denen die 4 Magnetpillen des Schlüssels zugeordnet sind. Beim Abziehen des Schlüssels nehmen sie immer eine andere Stellung ein. Jede Magnetpille kann auf beiden Seiten anders magnetisiert werden.
Wird ein MCS-Schlüssel mit passender magnetischer Codierung eingeführt, werden alle Magnetrotoren in die richtige Schließposition gebracht. 2 Druckschieber werden dann nach vorne geschoben und der Schlüssel öffnet bzw. sperrt.
Die mechanische Kontrolle erfolgt durch ein Profilsystem (Längsprofil) und durch eine zwangsgesteuerte Sperrstiftabfrage an beiden Schlüsselrücken mit Manipulationskontrolle.

Schlüssel
Die einzigartigen Magnetschlüssel gewährleisten maximale Nachschlüsselsicherheit.
Zum Schutz vor Schlüsselkopien und Schlüsselmanipulationen verfügt das System über 3 unterschiedliche Absicherungen:
- Organisatorischer Schutz
Schlüssel werden von EVVA oder vom EVVA-Partner nur für bezugsberechtigte Personen mit entsprechendem Legitimationsnachweis (z.B. Sicherungskarte) hergestellt. - Rechtlicher Schutz
Die gewerbliche Herstellung von Schlüsseln erfolgt ausschließlich bei EVVA. Zusätzlich schützt EVVA die unberechtigte Fertigung von MCS-Schlüsseln durch patentierte Merkmale am Schlüssel. - Technologischer Schutz
Schlüssel verfügen über technologische Merkmale wie die Permanent-Magnetisierung, deren Fertigung Spezialmaschinen erfordert. Die illegale Herstellung ist daher fast unmöglich.
Schließzylinder
Der MCS-Schließzylinder wird in Modulbauweise gefertigt. Er verfügt über technische Maßnahmen, die vor unterschiedlichen Angriffstechniken schützen:
Einbruchschutz
- Aufbohr-, Abreiß- und Kernziehschutz:
Hartmetallstifte in Gehäuse und Kern gewähren Schutz gegen Aufbohren, Kernziehen und Abreißen. - Abtastschutz:
